As COVID is still in town … we may not forget our bedside colleagues. De Zorgsamen still has important info for you!

During the first and second wave of the COVID pandemic in Flanders, I supported www.dezorgsamen.be with our Barometer research and by moderating the Zorgsamen webinars. The results of our Barometer research can be found here.

As nowadays, the COVID numbers are rising and we are at the start of the 4th wave, I hereby want to remind my Dutch speaking colleagues about the Zorgsamen Webinars and website. In these webinars you find lots of information on resilience and self care.

Recently I gave a lecture at the NVKVV conference in Ostend on this topic. I link the impact on the healthcare workforce with our multidimensional quality model and present the main findings of our Barometer study. Thanks to NVKVV, I can share the recording of this lecture (in Dutch).
